Cole and Jeff were assigned to our home today to help with our furnace. We had Border Mechanical replace our hot water tank and remove all of the old Poly B piping and replace it with Pex Piping. Border is an excellent company. They went above and beyond to do the job for us, arrived on time, were fast and efficient. The Technicians were polite and respectful, took great care to protect areas they were working in and around and when done everything was cleaned so you wouldn`t have known they had done anything. All around a great company to work with. They are now our go to people.

He was quick, focused and surprised me on his knowledge of the furnace and computer thermostat. He was also very helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions and concerns. I just had the annual furnace servicing completed by Dillon. He arrived early and was very friendly. After completing the inspection and servicing, he took the time to explain the report to me. I can rest easy now for the winter knowing that my furnace is in good condition and operating well.

Julius, Tyson & Luke did a great job connecting up a new gas range to replace our electric range. The installation required running the gas line to the kitchen, as well as installing the range hood and ducting to vent the range to the outside through the roof. They were very professional, friendly and polite and cleaned up once the job was complete. I highly recommend Border Plumbing for prompt and efficient service.

I contacted Border Mechanical Services for a water leak which created a growing number of puddles on the floor as it dripped from the basement ceiling. The dispatch person was prompt and set up an appointment quickly. The technician Tyson was on time and after a short period of investigation, discovered and diagnosed the problem, and proceeded with the repair. I was more than impressed with all aspects of the service from initial contact to repair.

Jeff examined an new Humidified install and after some good analysis determined that a relay was not required. He rewired the unit and tested it to ensure it was working properly. Friendly, informative and knowledgeable. Left us feeling confident in using Border for our Heating/AC servicing

This company is truly a one of a kind to deal with. They keep bailing me out of trouble, time and time again. From hotwater heaters, home renovations, furnace failures to broken water lines, they've been there for me and my family. Each service (plumbing, HVAC or electrical) has always provided excellent service and friendly staff. If you're in the need, I highly recommend you give them a call.

About mid september we had Border come for an AC issue. The girls setting up appointments were great, and all dates and times were correct. Very friendly. Rob and Marcus were very polite, enjoyable to have here, and did a nice job of recharging our AC and inspecting our HVAC systems. Will definitely have them back if necessary. Thank you Border.

The did a very complete check of our furnace, and presented a comprehensive review of the work that they did. We felt complete confidence in what was done and in the assessment that they presented. The senior technician, Jeff, was able to replace our humidifier with a modern one using much less water. It's hooked up to the Ecobee Thermostat now. His patience in explaining it all was appreciated.
